"QUALITY CONTRACTOR" PROCEDURES

  • When a customer contacts us to arrange for repairs and advises us of the referral source (the agent or the claim adjuster), we make sure that he/she knows that this program is optional.
  • We confirm they have coverage and the deductible amount.
  • We prepare an itemized estimate quickly and fax it to the insurance company. Estimates include the property location, owner’s name and address (if different from the property location), agent’s name and policy number. The estimate is clearly marked “Quality Service Guarantee.”
  • After we receive the authorization, we order materials and begin repairs as soon as possible.
  • We photograph all damaged areas and send them to the insurance company with the final estimate or repair order.
  • Upon receipt of the final repair figure, the insurance representative or agent will send the check to us made payable to both the customer and Mihalko’s General Contracting. We collect the deductible from the customer.
